Hi Folks

Great to hear from some of the old Lila Squad - I was wondering where you were hiding.
Looks like there's scope for an 'old timers' list - pull up those rocking chairs and get to
whittling :^)

Anyway...

>From reading the posts so far it looks like the general concensus is going towards
multiple lists but that there is a requirement for something a bit slower as well. Sounds
good and I don't see any problem in trying to accommodate this. I don't have any
problem with unmoderated lists either as long as a few basic rules are observed.

One subject that's missing from the list of for a is MoQ and Law - any thoughts?

Another point that's come up is to use a bulletin board type of forum. This can also be
accommodated now that we're with the new host, although I'll have to do a bit of work
and research as to how to set it up properly. I think the available software is phpBB
which seems to be pretty popular. Other items that can be set up are wiki's, bloggs,
announcement lists, polls and a few other bits and pieces. We'd have to watch the
bandwidth and storage which at the moment is about 120gigs per month and % gigs
respectively. Storage increases every month but bandwidth is fixed unless more is paid
for, although we should have plenty for the time being.

Keep them posts acomin'

See ya
