I'm not quite sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but the last
movement of Shostakovich 5 begins with a sort of "written out" accelerando.
 Starts with the tempo notated at q=88, and changes to 104, 108, 120, etc.
(looking at the "New Collected Works" edition).
