[Smt-talk] List of Schools that Offer the Ph.D. in Music Theory

Hi Gary and all,

The list is missing Penn, my alma mater.  Also, if the list is focussing on the Ph.D. in Theory per se, then Princeton probably shouldn't be there, as their website specifically disclaims this as a specialization.  Of course, it's obviously possible to graduate from Princeton and be a distinguished theorist, but if this is the criteria you should probably add the Ph.D. degrees at Cornell, Berkeley, and other schools that may not officially have a theory program.
