[Smt-talk] signatures!

I've been kind in letting a few posts through rather than sending them back 
asking for the authors' signatures.

So I'd like to remind all subscribers that a signature is required on every 
message you submit to SMT-TALK.  A signature should include your name, your 
academic affiliation, or if not academic affiliation your location.

Please be attentive to this issue.
