Some low-lying fruit:

Beethoven's Op. 78, the Sonata "a Therése" (a little gem of a work)

Liszt's Waltz Oubliée No. 1


Of course, the challenge becomes tougher if you restrict it to  
orchestral repertoire. Haydn's Farewell Symphony has a minuet movement  
in F-sharp major, but that doesn't quite count. Korngold's only  
symphony is also written in this key.
