A few more for the list:

Cesar Franck, Grande Piece Symphonique, finale (first movement in f#m, and thus exhibiting the Beethovenian minor-to-major narrative. The movement also riffs on Beethoven 9 by quoting/rejecting earlier themes).

R. Strauss, Octavian's Presentation of the Rose from Act I of Der Rosenkavalier. F# arrives as the appropriately and paradoxically brighter key via a modulation down from G major.

Going one sharp further...the climax of Salome's final solo, after the kiss, occurs in C# major, with seven sharp key signature.
