The Chinese translation of Kostka/Payne "Tonal Harmony..." will come out 
next year. This is the only information I have at this point:

 The Chinese translation of Tonal Harmony (ISBN: 9780073401355) will be 
published early next year and its local publisher is People’s Music Publishing 
House. Its Chinese ISBN isn’t available yet.
