[Smt-talk] Metric Perception Studies (was re Binary Bias...)

See Clarence Barlow (aka Klarentz Bahlo)'s "Bus journey to Parametron:
(all about Çogluotobüsişletmesi)", published as an issue of the Feedback
Papers (Cologne). It is the record of a research program leading to a
composition — thus more speculative than analytic music theory — and the
writing style is unorthodox (and sometimes very funny), but he does
address exactly your question in a large number of metres.
