I'll take a closer look at your pdf once my semester is over and my grades
are in. Still, you may be interested in the following, if you haven't come
across them already:

In 2010, Routledge (Taylor and Francis) released "Hearing Form: Musical
Analysis With and Without the Score," by Matthew Santa. There is an
accompanying anthology.
James Mathes' "The Analysis of Musical Form" (Prentice Hall, 2007) also
emphasizes the Aural Experience of formal analysis.
