real fugal esposition......................................$70
tonal fugal exposition....................................$120
whole fugue..................................................$180
- with stretto................................................$200
-with counterexposition.................................$230
double fugue................................................$260
-with one subject in augmentation..................$280
-combined with other subject in diminution.......$300
