[Smt-talk] IV4/3 and IV4/2

Interesting use of IV4/2 in major key: on some third beats of “Sanctus” in Fauré’s Requiem.

Though linear, most occurrences involve a static bass (on the chord’s seventh) to "float" I6 —so beautiful!
