[Smt-talk] Can anyone I.D. this song?

Another great dance/club genre cadential 6-4 can be found in "Shut Up" by the Black Eyed Peas (Elephunk, 2004).  It's a mildly offensive song that has proven persuasive with my millennial freshmen.

I'm almost certain you're referring to "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of 
This)" by The Eurythmics.  I may be wrong, but you can check here: 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeMFqkcPYcg .  The song was a very, 
very big hit in 1982 and 1983 and has been remade many times since 
then (perhaps most notably by Marilyn Manson).
