F Sharp Major also raises the possibility of black-key pentatonicism: for instance the notable (if musically unambitious) 1798 "Pente chordium" by Abbe Vogler. (That piece and many others are discussed in my book _Pentatonicism from the 18th Century to Debussy_ [Rochester, 2007].)
